The Isle of Man has one of the worlds most fascinating landscapes - shaped by the last Ice Age, weathered by time and coloured by human history. But much of this beautiful and dramatic scenery is rarely seen to its full advantage and can only be hinted at from a ground-level view. In this unique video, we give you a rare opportunity to savour the entire Island from the air using the latest helicopter camera techniques. Presenter Charles Guard leads you through the story of the landscape as the history, spectacular scenery and unique aerial views are set against a specially-composed musical soundtrack .

Now we have a fleet of high tech drones and 4K cameras to make a new film that will take the viewer to places never seen before and add an entirely new and fascinating perspective to our knowledge of the 'Jewel of the Irish Sea’. Shot in high definition 4k quality and filmed over a 12 month period, our team have captured a host of the Isle of Man's most intriguing locations via a drone. From the rugged, sea beaten cliffs of the south to the wide and rich north there's so much of...

Well, another small UK airport that I've visited, and I do enjoy making spotting videos from these small airports, not many people do videos from places like here, so I do feel quite happy to do so myself. As you can imagine, IOM is not a busy airport, and is very quiet, with very few aircraft movements. To start with it was really difficult to film runway movements due to the poor lighting, however as the day moved on it got better Anyhow, video includes Flybe ATR 72-500's, Aer Lingus ATR 42-300, AIS Jetstream 32, Easyjet A320 and British Airways Saab 2000 Not a lot as I said, but still interesting to see at an airport I've never visited, and I hope you enjoy this as well If you do enjoy this, please like, comment, share and subscribe

After a very blustery day on the island it was time to head home, and we were pretty lucky in doing so when we did, for those who don't know, FlyBe has two based ATR 72's at the Isle of Man that operate flights to MAN, LPL and BHX. EI-REL (Which we flew out on) had been stacking up delays all day and was very late on all it's services, whilst EI-REM had only been running about 30 mins behind schedule all day. Our flight the 609 was operated by REM, so I can say i've been on them both which is also cool. The flight was pretty much full so it took a little longer to get going. We boarded, taxiied out and departed around 20 mins late, making a left turn and climbing to 11,000 feet. The brisk tailwind pushed us along nicely and we made up the time enroute, finally landing on runway 27 around 5...
